The Gamma Building

 The Gamma Building is a two-story building equipped with an Elevator, Library, Activity/Dining Room, Lounge, Hair Salon, General Store, and a Chapel. All first floor apartments include a patio door and patio off the living area. 

mONTHLY RATES, AMENITIES, and Apartment sizes

Studio Apartments at $1000 per month

One-Bedroom Apartments at $1200 per month

Two-Bedroom Apartments at $1300 per month 


Included in the monthly rent at The Gamma Building is the following:

  • All apartment utilities. 
  • Cable, Phone, and Internet provided by Pillar Technologies. 
  • 10 weekday dine-in lunches.
  • Complimentary access to our on-site transportation.


Gamma Building Room Sizes: 

Studio apartment is approx. 475 sq ft; 

1 bedroom apartment is approx. 565 sq ft; 

2 bedroom apartment is approx. 702 sq ft.


The Alpha Building

The Alpha Building is a single story building that includes a Library, Extra Storage Spaces, Community/Dining Room, Lounge, Hair Salon, and General Store. ​All apartments include a patio door and patio off the living area.

Deluxe Studio Apartments at $1200 per month

One-Bedroom Apartments at $1200 per month

All Manor Enhanced Services are Available.

$1800 monthly.


Deltas:   

1 or 2 bd with 1 bath. The square footage in the 1 bedroom equals 823 at $1400 monthly while the 2 bedroom allows for 936 square feet at $1600 monthly.

Both 1 and 2 bd units include: Laundry/Utility Room, Carport, Patio, Wall unit AC. The rent includes Gas, Water/Sewage, and Heat. 

Tenant pays for electricity.

THE EPSILON AND DRAKE BUILDINGS


The Epsilon Building is a two-story building equipped with two elevators, as well as a Community Room, Laundry Facilities on both floors, Library, Lounge, Courtyard.


The Epsilon Building has both one-bedroom apartments and Two-bedroom apartments. 


All Units are subsidized through the Section 202/8 HUD program. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income as a single person cannot exceed

$58,700; two persons $67,100. 

Tenants pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income. This includes heat and water. Residents pay electricity but receive an allowance towards bill.

​All Manor Enhanced Services are offered at this location.​


 

The Drake Building is located off campus, at 23200 Drake Rd., Farmington. Conveniently located near downtown Farmington and expressways. 

The Drake Building is between

 Grand River Ave. and Freedom Rd. 


The Drake Building is a two-story building equipped with two elevators, as well as a Community Room, Hair Salon, Laundry Facilities on both floors, Library, Chapel, Activity Room, Courtyard.


Drake has both One-bedroom apartments and  Two-bedroom apartments. 


All Units are subsidized through the Section 202/8 HUD program. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income as a single person cannot exceed $36,700; two persons $41,950. 


Tenants pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income. This includes heat and water. Residents pay electricity but receive an allowance towards bill.

Limited Manor Enhanced Services are offered at this location.​

Housing Application Packets, TSP, and House Rules

 Housing Application Packet consists of a market rate housing application packet that includes all required documents needed for screening an interested applicant

.  

Subsidized Housing Application Packet consists of a subsidized housing application packet that includes all HUD required forms and application needed to determine the applicant's eligibility for HUD housing. 

Currently the One-bedroom subsidized waitlist is closed.

 The Two-bedroom waitlist remains open for eligible applicants, please review the current Tenant Selection Plan for eligibility.   


Tenant Selection Plan allows interested parties to learn what will be required/needed to become a member 

of The Baptist Manor Community in any of our apartment buildings.
