Alpha Building rates are as follows:
Deluxe Studios at $1200 per month, which includes a deluxe open kitchen, tiled walk-in shower, 55-inch TV mounted.
One-bedroom apartments at $1200 per month.
Two-bedroom apartments at $1300 per month.
Alpha Building amenities include: Extra Storage Space, Library, Community/Dining Room, Lounge, Hair Salon, and General Store. All Units include a patio door and patio off the living area.

1 bedroom apartment is approximately 565 sq ft;
2 bedroom apartment is approximately 702 sq ft.
The Gamma Building:
A two-story building equipped with an elevator.

The Epsilon Building is a two-story building equipped with two elevators.
The Epsilon holds 102 units: 97 1-bedroom units and 5 2-bedroom units. Community Room, Laundry Facilities on both floors, Library, Lounge, Courtyard.
All Units are subsidized through the Section 202/8 HUD program. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income as a single person cannot exceed $56,600; two persons $64,650.
Tenants pay 30% of their monthly income. This includes heat and water. Residents pay electricity but receive an allowance towards bill.
All Manor Enhanced Services are offered at this location.
The Drake Building is located off campus, at 23200 Drake Rd., Farmington. Conveniently located near downtown Farmington and expressways.
