Manor Enhanced Services

There are times when even the most independent senior could use a helping hand with some daily activities. For these times we recommend our Manor Enhanced Services Department. Rates are based on the time involved and the nature of the service. Because these fees are determined by The Baptist Manor, it is our intent to deliver the best services at the most cost effective packages to our residents. We believe in giving our residents the choice to stay in their home as long as possible. 

In-home services are available to all Baptist Manor Locations.

Cleaning Services available through Manor Enhanced Services include:

• In-home housekeeping services (Minimum-1 Hour)  $30 Per Hour
• Laundry: Includes washing, drying, sorting, folding or hanging as appropriate, and delivery to resident's apartment.  $30 Per Load
• Miscellaneous in-home cleaning/organizing: Deep cleaning of appliances, seasonal cleaning of closets, etc. $30 Per Hour
• Trash Pickup from your residence. (2 bags per visit) $5 per visit

Additional Services available through Manor Enhanced Services include:

• Shopping- Let us shop for you! (Check with MES Director for list of stores being shopped.)$30 Per Hour
• Wellness Visits- Staff ensuring the resident is doing well with in-home visits. $10 per 15 minutes
• Stand By Bath Assist -Assisting with bathing and showers. $30 Per Hour 
• Med Reminders - Ensuring the resident has taken their meds at the appropriate times. Staff member will not touch the medication. The latest service time is 5pm. $10 per visit

Meal Delivery Available Monday through Sunday!!!

Meals may be ordered throughout the month and delivered to your unit. 

Available in all units except the Drake Building location at this time.

Meal Services available Monday-Friday, between approximately 8:00am -5:00pm.

Meal Services available on Saturday and Sunday, between approximately 8:00am-12:30pm.

Breakfast........$6 

Lunch..............$8 

Dinner.............$10
