The Drake Building is located off our main campus, at 23200 Drake Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48335. Conveniently located near downtown Farmington and expressways.
The Drake Building is a two-story building equipped with two elevators, as well as a Community Room, Hair Salon, Laundry Facilities on both floors, Library, Chapel, Activity Room, Courtyard.
Household income limits, utilitieS, and Apartment sizes
- The Drake Building has both One-bedroom apartments and Two-bedroom apartments.
- All Units are subsidized through the Section 202/8 HUD program. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income as a single person cannot exceed $36,700; two persons $41,950.
- Tenants pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income. This includes heat and water. Residents pay electricity but receive an allowance towards bill.
- Limited Manor Enhanced Services are offered at this location.
- Pillar Technologies services are offered at this location.
