The Alpha Building is a single story building that includes a Library, Extra Storage Spaces, Community/Dining Room, Lounge, Hair Salon, and General Store. All apartments include a patio door and patio off the living area.

Deluxe Studio Apartments at $1200 per month

One-Bedroom Apartments at $1200 per month
Two-Bedroom Apartments at $1300 per month
Included in the monthly rent at The Alpha Building is the following:
- All apartment utilities.
- Cable, Phone, and Wireless Internet provided by Pillar Technologies.
- 10 complimentary weekday dine-in lunches per month.
- Complimentary access to our on-site transportation.
Alpha Building Room Sizes:
Studio apartment is approx. 475 sq ft;
1 bedroom apartment is approx. 565 sq ft;
2 bedroom apartment is approx. 702 sq ft.
